Q-Girls came to life 9 years ago due to a lack of nightlife options for professional women in the tri-state area.   After a few tries at various city clubs,  we finally found a home at Elmo's.    Elmo's is the ideal lounge atmosphere for us.  It is large enough to support a nice size dance floor but yet intimate enough to encourage interactions between the patrons.  There is a special friendly energy at these parties that is not present in other surroundings.  We have heard from many attendees over the years that they met their partners at our events.
